Rules and limits

Minutes increase your total capacity. Your current plan’s features, per-video limits and file retention still apply.

The earliest expiry is used first. Ties use plan minutes, then rewards, then extra minutes.

Accidental, completely unused purchases may be submitted for manual refund review within 14 days of purchase. Approval is not automatic; mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
